いいですかみなさん、プロジェクトが失敗したとき、それはデスマーチの始まり。
プロジェクトは突然失敗するわけではない。突然失敗が発覚するのだ。
10ヶ月のプロジェクトなら、失敗が明らかになるのは8ヶ月が過ぎたころ。
でも失敗のほんとうの始まりは、プロジェクト開始前だ。プロジェクトを立ち上げる前から、嫌な空気が漂っている。
さてはて、毎度ながら、どうすればいいんだろう。さっぱりわからないから、とりあえず「人月の神話」を読破しよう。
